Ingredients

Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream – ¼ cup 
Chopped Fresh Mint – 2 table spoons
Ground Blanched Almonds – 3 table spoons
Crushed Cardamom Seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Orange or Lemon Juice – 2 table spoons
Medium-sized Apples (Cored and Diced) – 3
Seedless Grapes, halved – ½ cup


Preparation

In a mixing bowl blend, yogurt, almonds, mint, orange or lemon juice and cardamom seeds.
Fold the mixture in grapes and apples and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
