Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe


• 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
• 2 cups (16 ounces) Hakka noodles boiled and strained
• 3 Red Chilies (dried) (optional)
• ½ kg (1 pound) Chicken Pieces (boiled)
• 1 Carrot (sliced lengthwise into thin strips)
• 1 Capsicum (small) (sliced)
• 1 small bunch Spring Onion
• 1 tbsp Soya Sauce (optional)
• 1 Ginger piece (chopped)

• 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Vinegar
• Salt to taste

• Chop the spring onions and keep it ready.
• Grind
ginger, garlic and red chilies using a mixer

• Heat oil using a pan and add the paste
fry the mixture in hot oil for a minute or two.
• Add capsicum and carrot 

fry them slightly
• Now add chopped spring onion and continue frying for 4-5 minutes.
• Add soya sauce and chicken pieces

mix them well and now add boiled and strained noodles 
• Now salt and mix them well.
•  Add little vinegar.

 Chicken Hakka Noodles is ready to serve...
