Petoo or spelt "Pay-To" is a new Food Delivery Start-up which is becoming popular in few areas in Bangalore however with the tough competition its really difficult to keep up the pace and I have a reason to tell so. Petoo basically provides Veg and Non-Veg Biryani with some starters and a free Desserts with every order, which is cool. Petoo basically is concentrating on Indian Food and I think it can work if they follow some points which I will mention in the review. But I must say that they have a very good strategy and marketing plan which might click in this food industry
Review-
Petoo describing them as foodies is really interesting but I wouldn't call them so soon because I wasn't impressed with the food they had sent me to review. I had told them to deliver Boneless Biryani, Chicken Tikka and Paneer Tikka and I had a plan in place. Boneless Biryani was well cooked, well presented and well packed but I was disappointed when I dig in. Boneless Biryani was salty and the boneless chicken inside it was even salty which made biryani little uninteresting. Coming to Paneer Tikka, I felt that the Paneer was not hard and not fresh and again, It was salty which was a double disappointment however Chicken Tikka was cooked and well made. Chicken Tikka was perfect and I loved it.
By the way, I loved Dessert Jamoon. It was Big, it was awesome and i felt it was a perfect dessert to end my lunch.
Menu Options - Menu options are less but I think its enough because I want them to improve whatever they have currently before they can go ahead with other stuffs
Delivery - Looks promising
Cost - Was not bad at all however I feel that they should reduce price for there vegetarian food.

1. Salt might mess up things so please concentrate on the same.

Hope these changes would be implemented as soon as possible for foodie satisfaction.
But guys, trust me this will be a heavy weight in few months from now.

Delete-They decide to put stores on low rental low traffic area - Restaurant only can survive on 2 counts
-Place is high traffic food mkt ( which was not placed )
-Owner never visited outlet - Rating of stores below 3 n only few have rated outlet
-No effort was made by owner to meet near by SME for pop outlet
store growth is based on rating of existing customer ( was very low ) and no involvement of owner to take care emotional aspect . Counter boys never greeted customer n requested them to rate .
Cleanliness was not paid attention too
Very well assessed by the writer. Please be careful in investing on the brand as they have a long way to go. The food is a mess at the moment. I lost my money but don’t want others to lose.

Pl visit for food taste which is best in country . Owner involvement /selection of poor place driven by low rent rather choosing food street /no focus on customer feedback on zomatoo/google /unfriendly staff has been reason for low sales .
