½ Cup Butter
1¼ Cup Cream
1 Cup Sugar
- Melt white butter in a large and a heavy skillet over medium flame.
- Add sugar and stir until sugar is melted and gets light brown color.
- Add Cream and slowly stir it
- Boil it for a minute and reduce the flame
- Place the banana on the pan and cook until it gets hot
- Add the ingredients on the banana
- Can be served hot/ cold
- Can be served with Ice Cream
