Bananas In Caramel Sauce Recipe


½ Cup Butter
1¼ Cup Cream
1 Cup Sugar
4 Bananas


  • Melt white butter in a large and a heavy skillet over medium flame.
  • Add sugar and stir until sugar is melted and gets light brown color.
  • Add Cream and slowly stir it
  • Boil it for a minute and reduce the flame
  • Place the banana on the pan and cook until it gets hot
  • Add the ingredients on the banana
  • Can be served hot/ cold
  • Can be served with Ice Cream
